Born and raised in El Paso, TX, border with Mexico, Nicole quickly understood the importance of community and blended cultures across the border-town. Nicole became inspired by her humble beginnings to assist families in the El Paso community to achieve the dream of home ownership. Nicole’s upbringing in the Mexican American cultures allowed her to develop her own meaning of HOME as she frequently moved, from living in Juarez with her parents, to moving in with her grandparents in El Paso to pursue a college education. In 2015, she moved to Fort Worth upon acceptance to a Doctoral program of physical therapy, eventually returning to her home town to settle down and continue her professional career.

After spending nearly 3 years in healthcare, Nicole became a highly qualified clinician in the Physical therapy world and earned a reputation in the field by working in different settings to include acute care/hospital, long-term care facilities, home health care and travel therapy contracts in Texas, California & Oregon.

Nicole was able to tackle a heavy amount of student debt within a few years of practicing as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Great work experience, extensive clinical exposure, early mornings & late nights brought her the opportunity to become a 1st time homeowner in the middle of an unprecedented COVID-19 era. This experience triggered an interest in Real Estate resulting in a shift in career goals. By January 2023, Nicole had completed her real estate courses and passed her national & state exams to become a real estate agent in TX. Nicole has been a part of 2 other brokerages as she became acquainted with the local El Paso market & in July 2024 found a new place to call home with Home Guide Real Estate where she has found great mentorship & support for continued success & growth in this industry.

While a real estate transaction can be challenging, Nicole is committed to ensuring a seamless & positive experience for every client. Building relationships through detailed education & proper communication is of high priority in Nicole’s practice.
